Yes, I know. It's been a while. No, I haven't been very busy. But yes, I have done certain things. For instance:
I have done just as I said I would in the last post about this. I took away the sellotape, used super glue to stick the hooks to the board and then used paper mache to reinforce them to it, to make extra sure they can't be torn off. So I did that, and then, after bending a few more hooks into shape, I did the same with another board. So now I have a pair of wall climbing "gloves" (which look nothing of the sort). The second one is still drying, but here's a picture of them both:

Not the neatest arrangement, I know, but the hooks are at least level with each other (more or less).
So, tomorrow, I'm going to try these out on the wall, with the intention of them actually working. I'm first going to run up the wall, and then, when I reach the peak of my height, I'm just going to try and keep my feet against the wall and see how long I can stay there. Then I'm going to do the same thing again, but while holding these two contraptions. And again, when I reach the peak of my height, I'm going to try and stay there, except this time I'm going to place the "gloves" against the wall as well.
Admittedly, it probably won't work 100%, but it will be enlightening to see how well it does.
And if it does work rather well, then I'll post a video.
